All the cleaning of rigs, compositing, editing, colour correction can be done in Resolve, it's free so no need to pay for Adobe products. And if you want to pay for Resolve, it's a 1 time licence at a decent price that gives you access to updates forever.

@@edupuertasfruns Like any software you just need time and motivation to learn, I have been using Resolve and Fusion for years, before using it I was coming from Final Cut Pro and Motion. I learned the hard way because there was not much in term of tutorials back then, but there is more and more resources about using Resolve. It took me a few months to get around using it. Casey Faris, JayAreTV, Patrick Stirling,Ripple Training are some of the best tutorial makers for learning basic stuff, Casey Faris and Ripple Training have paid courses that offer very good quality.

It's funny because when I started to consider going into stop motion I was like "ok what is the best process for removing the rigs ?" and I used to analyze the making-of videos from Kenta/Animist showing some editing parts, accelerated, but as he's not speaking in them and all his softwares are in japanese I took some time to translate all the info displayed. That said, I can confirm that you just posted the only one video explaining the After Effects rig removal process from A to Z on KZread, with pro tips about the rigs, set & shooting, so, thank you so much for this, the newcomers & beginners will be helped, for sure !

You have some options, remove and place again the puppet each frame, get a motion control system to move the camera automated so you can repeat the move after without the puppet, or you regenerate the picture in postproduction using nearby pixels

They are for diferent things Dragonframe is the best for stopmotion shooting. Filmora is an editing software, not to shoot.

This video was not good, was excelent. I made and uploaded a stop motion animation in youtube, and this was my process: 1. Make the animation with the puppet and rig 2. Eliminate the rig and other "continuity errors" in Photoshop. I must add that I commited too many errors, mainly by flickers and shadows, so I edited every single photo, that took like 2 months 3. Put the photos in Premiere and accommodate them, cut parts, etc 4. Add some little effects, color corrections and Audio effects 5. Export Now I know how to attenuate or even avoid some errors thanks to you

I appreciate it, there are some things I do to speed the process that didn't explain to not complicate the video. Photos hop is great for single pictures but you can't control flickering

si es moviment mecanic, es pot repetir el moviment de camara i fer un passe de decorat sense personatge, si es manual no hi ha altre forma que fer servir el tampó de clonar

When you use tie downs lets say for a walk, how do you hide the holes, do you take a back plate, then drill all your holes in the floor for the walk, and then remove them like when you remove the rig in post production?
