How to Remove Protective Plastic from Goalkeeper Gloves (Without Damaging the Palm!)

We take you through our tips for removing the plastic protective film that comes on all our goalkeeper gloves featuring our Pro Grade Contact Latex.
This thin protective layer is there to prevent any dirt or debris being picked up during production, due to the latex having such a high level of grip and tackiness. This locks in the moisture and means you can peel and play immediately!
Patience is the game here, don't rush it!

It's a full on disaster trying to take this film off. Something simpler needs to be done. Absolutely fantastic gloves after that.

One time a while ago I was taking off the plastic and a tiny piece of the latex came off and I was being very careful.

It can happen sometimes but it wont affect the performance of the glove, the piece will be so small and nothing to worry about. Even when your gloves wear down there will still be grip in them as long as there is latex on the palm.
