hi uh just tried to follow this tutorial i did everything up until 3:41 i put it in safe mode and restarted my pc and now i can’t log back in and it’s coming up with search for app in store and “you need to install app for this task would u like to search for one in store” I’ve pressed yes but nothing happens and now won’t let me sign in

I’ve gotten it disabled on my extensions but Can’t Remove it? It doesn’t work anymore but I still want to just delete it. ( copied the ID from the extension and found the folder and just deleted it )

I found 6 APPX files. And i can't delete them in temp because they are running in another program

My extension located at program data folder. It loads under " xAdFeed ". Please guide for this removal. I tried video steps. Not fixed

1) Please open the 'xAdFeed' folder and let me know the file names within the 'xAdFeed' folder. 2) Did you find the Apps.crx file inside the local folder?

It said I needed permission but when I remove chrome it wouldn’t let me

Did everything now im letting MRT run, only thing is there was a logfile in temp that i couldnt remove it was an empty .txt, i left it there after trying to remove it and i couldnt find Serviceapp or the other one. Ill let you know once MRT is over, if i dont it probably still worked

@@Marwelebg The scan has finished and it didnt find anything, also the weird extension is gone and im no longer in an organisation or whatever tf it said before, so it works just fine as long as you follow all the steps btw when removing the extension folder becuase its pretty much impossible to tell which one is the malware and which one are your extensions, just remove them all, you can get them back pretty easily

You can remove the malware file in normal mode, but often normal mode poses obstacles to virus removal.

I can’t run ChromeTool in safe mode, its pops up in my taskbar then disappears

@@HyperSXG It did work for awhile but the chrome extension eventually came back by itself.. I ended up reinstalling windows

it uninstalled it but not removed :(

Plz remove all the malware applications in the Safe Mode. Normal mode is not recommanded while removing any kind of malware, virus, etc.

Guardgo and Guardian Angel work the same way so yeah it works for guardgo Edit: Guardian Angel is the other extension you can't get rid of too
