Hello hello.... Abhi 2 months pehle comments ki thi ye.... But now after 2 months I HAVE CONTROL OVER MY THOUGHTS and Anxiety. Respect to doctors... Lekin I did not took any treatment and meine Hanuman chalisa ka path roz subah kiya, and Jap ji Sahib roz Raat ko Sunta tha..... 1 to 1.5 month mein Control aaya mere khudke uper. Ab eske pichhe ka science nhi pata muze... But yeah... Abhi aisi Fearful koi feeling aayi... Toh ek Hold aaya hai mereko khudpe... I can Ignore it. Abhi bhi etna pro nahi hu.... Lekin yeah... DEVELOP kiya ja skta hai ye control.

Mam please.help me i am 17 year old i am facing such a problem that i can't express. I have anxiety issues. I am eating antidepressants. Zolsanp and serne 50 but taking it can make me feel good. But i am alawys scared about heart and i have heart palpitations and. Taking zolsan p can help me but after leaving it again. Same symptoms shortness of breath and.
