How to remove dynamic themes(materialyou) from MIUI 13 and Android 12
In this video, I show you how to fix the dynamic theme issue for Android 12, MIUI 13. If you have updated your wallpaper and noticed that the dynamic theme is acting differently, you might want to disable it. However, there are only two ways to do that:
The first way is to keep a dynamic wallpaper.
The second way is to download Google Photos, select the picture you want to use as wallpaper in Google Photos, and set it as wallpaper via Google Photos. This will solve your problem as you can see in the video.

Wow, you just changed from yellow to green, wow.
As the description , use google photo to setup the wallpaper. I set up the same wallpaper as before and the color changed back to normal. ( It was orange )

The whole point you can't do shiz about it and for those who haven't updated their phone to a new version i repeat **DON'T** it's not worth having this feature at all it's very annoying Everytime you change wallpaper every app fucking crash to try to match the theme the fact i can't do anything about it make me lose sense of control over my own devices i try to search for any settings but there's nothing i can find that give me the power to disable it google think it's a cool feature but in reality the feature is absolute dog water

You literally can't disable it. Any wallpaper you set will have its specific color palette, and you chose black because it has that color palette that existed until Android 11, which does not have Material You. So apparently you only changed the color palette
