Excellent work scotty as always. This is the exact same method my mom used to fix dents in the front or rear of her car.
I like the way he gets to the point. No small talk. No interuptions from wife and kids.
with his how to vids. this guy has saved me lots of hard earned cash. thanks scotty.
I was rear ended on new years eve, it was a hit and run:( My mechanic quoted me around $2k to fix repair it! Today I decided I was going to fix it myself. I thought boiling water and using a hammer would do the trick, but I decided to get some tips on youtube first. What a CONFIRMATION! Great minds think alike! It worked, and other than a few pain chips and scratches, it's almost as good as New:):):) Cheers!

I love Scottie's attitude
I just repaired this huge Toyota bumper cover using this technique. I removed the bumper, and filled the dented corner with water. Then sloshed the water around very controlled fashion. The dent almost fixed itself and the heat control was amazing. Thanks Mr Kilmer, Stay gold.

just wanted to say thank you for all the walk through videos. really saved me a ton of money on mechanics.
toyotas cause they rarely break and I hate working on my own cars. But shelby cobra for speed if someone else is paying for the gas.
The only video I could find that showed how to get to the inner bumper, you're a miracle.
i use a heat gun, way easier to control and work the bumper. plus your less likely to burn yourself. i also use wood to reach in behind the bumper to pry out. it works great. I love your channel scotty!
Another Scotty Kilmer video, another glorious day.
to some extent, but paint will often crack. Though repainting it once straightened out beats buying a new one and repainting that one, as they don't come painted, they are black in the box.
harbor freight normally sells low cost versions.
Scotty, keep up the good work. You are educating me, one video at a time. Really enjoy this channel.
Scotty Kilmer I'm starting my first year of college for auto motive technology and you've been my idol and inspiration to do so for years.
Thank you verymuch, I just fixed my bumper, and it's perfect, except for a minor paint scratch after fixing the dent. Super incredible tip.

I use castrol in my personal cars, always have. Costs more, but never had any engine problems.
Thanks for the idea. I fixed my bumper dents blowing hot air with hair dryer and it worked!
If you ever have a bad day, come to watch Scotty and you'll forget you had any problems lol. Thank you for all your Videos Sir. Good learning and very motivating.
Thank you Scotty I didn't have the money to get a heat gun and the hot water worked I actually had to stand inside my Honda Civic bumper and jump up and down to pop the dent out. Thank you
Just fixed my daughters car bumper after watching thanks!! Happy new year from Australia :)
Great tip there ! I love watching your how to videos, even know I am a retired, mechanic and autobody guy, I am always up to learning new stuff. Wouldn't a heat gun work to and have a little more control over it ? Bet your neighbors just love you spinning the tires ? Keep the videos coming !
I fixed my mother's car bumper w/ a regular hair dryer set on medium. A bath towel and muscle to push out the dent. Worked perfect!
Scotty, you sure know how to finesse a car!Great job, keep em coming!
Scotty, you are my favorite! Thank you for all of the knowledge you share.
fantastic, if you ever get a chance, go to Tortola.
This works really well for a textured bumper cover. If this was a painted bumper, like most cars have, you would need to have it repainted, and maybe replaced.
I fixed it and it's like new! Thank you scotty!
Great idea. Thanks for sharing. I'm about to fix this same issue, and hopefully this trick will help.
As always, GREAT video Scotty! THANK YOU AGAIN!
MATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have just saved me from getting fired! You legend!!!! x x

drum brakes work perfectly fine, giant 18 wheelers use them. Discs are more for stop and go racing applications, they fade less in such situations. Not too many people racing big trucks around.
Hey Scotty, I really enjoy watching your videos. You really know your stuff!
I agree! I've learned so many tips and tricks here from Scotty!

try a new blower motor, and see if paper or junk is stuck in the vent there on the intake side.
Good advice. Go Scott! 😁👍
Good video love this channel
see if it has power or ground using a test meter. and realize all wires are color coded, they have to connnect to another wire of the same color, so look for that.
more often a bad ground wire does that, or a bad body control module. Pray it's just weak ground wires on the lighting system, find them and see if they are corroded, they often do that.
Now that's a good idea thanks.
Thanks for the tip!
