Take one tablespoon mixed zeera and dhania powder , boil in water about half an hour. ( Add milk and jaggery to enhance taste. If you dont want skip it) . Take this two times a day one hour after breakfast and one hour before sleep. I had gas , body heat and pimple issues since 15 years . I started this home remedy since 5 years. I am completely fit and fine now. Best of luck

I am almost 6 months in minocycline. And I’m almost there to clear skin. Just have to wait for acne scars to disappear. Is there a remedy for this?

Avoid all refined flour ,and its products like noodles , biscuits .Junk food , spicy oily foods are bad. Smoke meats and fish and processed foods are as bad . Refined sugar and all processed drinks are another clauses for cancer. Attending to relatives and friends suffering from various types of cancer I have learnt to avoid most of the above items .
