Blowtorch + Screw until red hot then quickly screw in (carefully!) into the plastic broken part. Let it cool until hard, then slowly pull whole thing out

If you drill an additional, smaller hole towards the edge of the broken sensor, you relieve the vacuum behind it, making it much easier to pull it out with the screw.

Sounds like a good idea - you'd need to be very careful you don't damage the side of the hole, and that you don't introduce debris inside where the hub shaft is.

Just replaced my Abs sensor a week ago just drilled it out quickly not to wasting time putting a screw in there because it's too rusty and doesn't work like a charm.
