Another useful effect is the Matt DiMaio effect - when you watch a video from Matt DiMaio and feel motivated to study! Excellent video as always! But honestly, applying the variety of techniques on this channel really helped me figure out so much about how my brain works when studying. I've been unknowingly applying the Production effect for years now. In my case, I just snap the book shut whenever there's a sizeable cognitive load, talk to myself about what I've just experienced, feel the study-related anxiety just ebb out, and then return for another bite.

Hi there A.T.D.I.3051, THANK YOU for this comment. I'm sitting here chuckling as I reply. I very much appreciate what you said. Am also happy to know I've been of service to you. You bring up a good point. Many students seem to 'stumble' across strategies that work for them. I do my best to collect and document those strategies and then publish what actually works to created positive results in the real-world.

I’ve indirectly finally at least gotten the idea of how to prioritize reorder organize my life back into some enough order of shape. I thought I even had it all still until you came along. I don’t know about other Amir Abbas Nabils but watch for even my book, I believe my Complete Full Body Yoga Lessons eased into, & more specifically my Martial Arts in minutes KZread videos anyway on my KZread channel Amir Nabil Enough even by utilizing proper if required menu options. But nothing compares to what you’ve done hands down I hope we weren’t even in the way of which I’ll have you know my friend. So if it’s not too much trouble again then please absolutely about all this stuff and maybe more then at least anybody return me back a shout out as obviously why without further ado I’ll do my best to restrain myself for now sake.

I just watched this video to see what it was all about and I ended up learning a lot of things. I have exams going on right now and I think this could really change the way I study especially with social science since I really dread studying it. I'll follow this and try reporting back on how it works. Also, I wanted to add how much I love your enthusiasm and passion in your videos when you're talking! Makes the video so enjoyable to watch. Thank you❤

With the "Pomodoro" method the approach is to study for 25 mins and take a 5 min break. If you've done a 2 hour study block, then as I point out in my video "The Rule Of 2" kzread.info/dash/bejne/k3los6NwntPJqJs.html then take at least a 2 hour break.
