Same pain I had in my neck and arm 2 months back In MRI and x ray report showed same discs C4 C5 and C6 were worn out and narrowing the gap of these disc and muscle spasms also seen I took medicine for one and half months but off and on pain occurs and shooting pain goes into upper arms Dr also suggested me physio therapy any further suggestions plz

This is cervical problem, the only solution is exercise along with healthy food and may be some supplements like vitamin d ampule etc

I had a similar kind of issue and tried chiropractor adjustments. It helped for a while but gradually returns to pain again in a few months. Not sure what to do.

Dr sahab I had a similar pain doing what you suggest in this video did my MRI want to show you kindly tell whr I can send n you tell which medicine I can take I have pain in neck n shoulder left side but string baazo n strong grip no numness all ok but stiffness n pain in neck n upper shoulder kindly see my MRI reports n suggest medicine without any side effects please please.
