How to Relate to All 9 Enneagram Types in Conflict | Your Enneagram Coach

One of my favorite parts about the Christ-centered Enneagram is its power to strengthen and restore relationships. It helps us foster a culture of compassion in our homes, workplaces, and congregations, showing us how to exercise more balance, self-control, and grace in everything we think, say, and do. It also increases relational satisfaction because it deepens mutual respect and intimate connection.
Continuing on with our focus on marriage, this series will dive into the ways we can constructively relate to our spouse's Type in conflict. Understanding how your significant other feels most loved and supported is a game-changer when it comes to reconciling marriage issues, from the tiniest of everyday aggravations to the deepest of relationship wounds.
Even if you're not currently dating or married, this series translates to ALL of your relationships, and can serve as a valuable guide for resolving conflict with friends, family members, or co-workers.
Conflict is inevitable, but handling it well can make or break a flourishing partnership. I'm praying you'll use the strategies in this series to reduce negative emotions, solve problems with more ease, and grow into the couple you were designed to be!
