One of them escaped when you were pulling them out! Poor guy! Also I would recommend putting them in a cold water bath after you pull them out if you wanted to use them in a salad or something like that.

Rewatched to see that one slip off the strainer 🤣🤣🤣

The trader joes ones are bright red, not brown. My expired ones turn brown when air hits them. You need to store them in oil to avoid that happening.

The whole point of getting the ones w/o oil is because you don't want the oil! Oil isn't good for your health. Get your fats from nuts and seeds.

What section of the grocery store do you find them in?

Commonly in the aisle with dry fruits like peaches and dates.

I bought a pack of sun dried tomatoes. After rehydrating them, how can I store them so that their shelf life is not reduced?

No you'll need to use them within the next few days or so. I would only rehydrate them as you need them.
