Where can we get those sifters??

Just watched your video about composting in a BA tote, have questions but can’t comment, so I hope this is OK. Thank you so much! 1. Can the compost stay outside - with the lid on- during Winter? 2. Did I miss what you do with eggshells? 3. I finally have a use for all the cat litter boxes that stay in the basement. (Year after year after year! 🙄)
