Hey my man I got it at autozone they sell it in 10 foot 20 foot or 30 foot rolls. Or go on amazon and search "self adhesive car weather stripping " super cheap like I spent maybe 8 bucks!!! Thanks for commenting -Mike

hello it was 5/16 of an inch or 8mm if your not from the US haha

I did replace the door seals however what I did in the video also helped

After I put the extra material there it was a noticeable difference😁👍

I have the same wind noise that you had, but the problem is that everything is well isolated in my car. Do you think if I would do what you have done, your official would remove a lot of wind noise? new subscriber

Hi , can you please please tell me if it works to stop wind noise in my new sonata 2020. I just brought it new and I went to dealer 4 time they didn’t fixed it. And all other 2020 sonata have the same wind noise problem from both driver and passengers side. Can you please check any video of sonata wind noise and tell me if it will work on it. Thank you. hey okay so I found something to help. what I showed in the video it will help. you can buy that material for super cheap around 15$ it will help out. also when driving try to feel around the little triangle window. if there is air escaping there you can use more weatherstripping, or a silicone to seal it up

go on Amazon and search" self adhesive car weather stripping". there's tons of options. also your local autoparts store should have it as well just look for maybe truck cap weather seal or something to that effect.

Replace the door rubber. The cracks aren't the problem, it's deformed from it's original shape and allowing air to pass through.

true true this won't really work on "frameless windows" (subarus camaros mustangs and others) but in that case I would just replace the whole doors weather stripping. over time it shrinks and cracks. a nice new seal might help you out

@@SidewalkMechanics I have tried everything on my e36 coupe and subaru impreza wagon and nothing does shit to keep the noise from coming on, im this close to sell both cars and just straight buy an audi a6 c7 or something. im so done with the wind air noise, the whole polution is insane to my sanity

@@SidewalkMechanics I have tried everything on my e36, my subaru impreza wrx wagon and nothing works, so i guess im selling both soon, bceause im literally done and as for doing dynamat the door panels on my e36 are a complete fuck up and no way i am touching this one and as for the subaru, only trying and if i fail, try again until i succeed

yes thats unfortunately pretty unavoidable, but you can put dynamat on the metal panels to help reduce it even more

@@hailyphan7754 yeah I would say its definitely reduced, but the rain and cross wind noise is still there. this video is more about like when you are going down the highway and you get the wind noise just going straight.
