hey i was wondering,when you get hellscythe/leon claw,do you have to buy them again at the offline pickup? or maybe you only have to pay at the shopeemall? and i have one more question,do you use credit card,debit or cash? i was very confused about this part since i dont have a credit card

The payment is done through Shopee. They will only allow you to pickup once the payment is confirmed. No additional payment is required upon collection. And you can't use cash as you have to do the payment online/through the app

Hi. How long does it take for you to redeem. I mean, can you contact Shopee on the same day you go and pick up, or you have to wait for how long until they tell you to come?

Really depends on when they tell you the order is ready to be collected. I've heard some people were able to collect it on the same day they redeemed their codes, but I had to wait 1 working day before collection

I made my purchase on a Friday and collected them the following Monday since they don't operate on weekends. I've had friends who were able to collect the same day that they made the purchase so it depends on how fast they're able to process your order

Is it possible to use the codes from other country's app for this?

As long as the QR code has a small 'A' next to it, it's scannable for the Singaporean app. From my experience, codes from Taiwan and Hong Kong still work but not for Japan

If I don't have any contacts or anyone I know there, does that mean I have to fly to Singapore to collect that prize beys?

Honestly that's a good question. I've not done it myself but it's possible that maybe your friend would be able to help you redeem it if you provided your codes to him. I really can't confirm though so don't take my word for it
