What you guys don't mention is the cost you showed last minute after wasting our time installing your software and making us think that we finally can recover our images/videos

You can scan a microSD card, but to scan the phone directly you would need a Mac computer.

Mine didn't work😢. It was able to find deleted files. I ried it multiple times and it all resulted of 0 files found. Wjat ahould I do?

You can use Disk Drill for Mac to attempt to recover data from an Android phone. Disk Drill for Windows does not have this feature yet. Please mind, that Disk Drill can't be installed on a phone, you need to have a Mac computer. For Disk Drill to be able to scan the Android device it will need to be rooted. *Please note, that Rooting is done at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any consequences* And if you would like to scan your SD card, you need to extract it from the device and scan it on your computer directly.

You can recover your files to any destination. Recovering directly to the original drive is not recommended since it may overwrite and corrupt your files. After recovery is complete, you can then move or copy your files back to your SD card.
