If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there's no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same email address you used before, but you may not be able to get the same username.

If you have an iphone just go to settings and press camera and there should be a button that says format. Press it and switch the option from high efficiency to most compatible. That’s gonna turn the pic you’re trying to send them into jpeg
