You had backup on Google photos app or had backup on Google Drive? If you had your backup on Google drive or had your Google photos sync with Google drive then you can surely get your data even after you reset your device as your photos are already backed up to Google Drive via Google Photos. You can simply restore them from there but if photos were not backed up on Google drive then you can try this software and see if your photos show up in scan results or not. Hi about bookmarks if you had logged in to any account on opera mini than you won't lose that and same goes for your notes and whatsapp chats but if you don't have any backup or have not created any backup then you may lose your data after factory reset/hard reset. No I am not fooling my followers as I have already mentioned in the video that it is a paid software, also no where I mention it can recover data for free. One can try and scan for deleted data, only get yourself a plan once you see your deleted data that you want to recover in scan results else don't get a plan.

Hi, yes this is a paid software and I have already mentioned the same in video as well. Meanwhile you can try and scan for lost data for free, then preview it before recovery but to recover data you will require a plan.

Can you retry the process and see if you get the files you are looking to recovery or maybe your data has been overwritten with new data as you have continued using your device.
