data recovery is probabilistic, it depends on the data situation. If there is no recovery, it means the data has been completely cleared, even the recovery tool cant scan and find them.

@@unictool which means your product is useless. The only hope of recovering your data, that I've been able to find, is to send it to a data recovery service which can be very expensive. You are, as far as I can tell, scamming people.
