Does it have to specially be an iRig? I have a different brand and use an Alesis Strike kit and it doesn’t work. When I record it doesn’t record the drums or music.

there is an another plug as phone ....u can connect ur headfore there...

Hello Guys, I bought an IRig as my son wants to record Drum Covers but he says it is not possible through an Android Phone, is that true or is there a work around for that ? Can someone please answer ?

If there is no Aux in in my drum module(this is old) any idea how can add music to play along?

In my case (Samsung) I need to download Open Camera

I don't quite understand how plugging that into the headphone jack of an Android will let you record audio into your phone

Currently unable to record with apple phone. Only work with some Android phone. All my video were recoded that way. Pls check out my work. Simple and easy.

I still can’t hear the sound of the drums in the recording 😞

@@leeya6301 same, im using an iphone 8,, an alesisdrum surge kit and i cnat get to work, i used an ipad and it works well, but ive tried an iphone 14, and now an iphone 8 and i cant get it to record sound from the module, any tips?, ive connected it to the L, R line, i reset the iphones, clean debree outof connectors, but nothing happens
