anyone who want to install piston pump new rotary kit should do the technique in 8:15 , this is the correct method to check whether the valve plate actually sticks to the cylinder block or not even they got it brand new. These people in video are experienced in rework piston pump, this is a good video

I would expect to see micrometers, feeler gauges, new parts, new gaskets and torque wrenches in use. Followed by some actual pressure and leak-down tests. Didn't see any of those so I can only assume it's going to work maybe 15% better than before at best.

Pyjama and safety sandals are not enough. "Amazing Processes" need also throwing all parts in the dirt.

That's actually a good job. Only downside was that they didn't fully remove the old gasket before applying a new layer
