Thanks for the compliment. We try to balance the manufacturer specified procedures with what is really practical for us that may not have all the tools and equipment. Glad you found this video helpful. Let us know if we can help with parts. We have some of the best prices around on good quality parts for Toyotas and Suzukis.

I ordered the full rebuilt kit for the straight axel, from your website, it didn't come with any studs or bolts for the hubs. Have to order all of those separate.

You can place the wood on top of the old race to install the new one. That way you don't have to go back and forth. Just strike the wood squarely a couple of times and your good.

first of all great video! I also agree with john gubler as well. a straight axles swap from IFS would be sweet! but if the narrator could be a little more energetic and different background music. kind of fell asleep on awesome information. thank you for the post!

Excellent videos on the axle rebuild Perhaps once it's rebuilt you could do a video on converting an IFS tacoma to a solid front axle as you well know there are lots of aspects that could be taken into account: frame reinforcement, steering. leaf spring hanger install, perhaps a coil over option, locker install perhaps you could even do an inchworm crawl box install. keep up the good work on the videos they are very clean and organized the narrator does a great job as well best wishes to your continued success

Great video series. I think a video about swapping the IFS hub onto a straight axle would be a great video.

+amit6430 Thanks for watching our videos. We have not made videos about what you are asking for, but we do have full color instructions for most of it. We have instructions on transmission Remove and Replace, transmission rebuild, and transfer case rebuild. Additionally, we have instructions for installing lockers and spools in the differential. Here is the link for all the instructions we offer for the Samurai. Hope this helps. www.lowrangeoffroad.com/instruction-sheets/samurai-instuctions.html
