Looks like a nice easy rebuild for ya. Good job! So is the 600W oil a was mineral based gear oil so it does not ruin the yellow (copper, brass, bronze etc) metals in the transmission?

its a good idea to knock that pin apart for when you want to freshen the bushings the pin will be greased and fall right out when you need to work on them in car. and place the pin so you can hammer it down not up.

Your better off using that box in exchange for a complete Mitchell aftermarket Synchro box that has synchromesh on 2nd. & 3rd. plus a differential splitter at the same time. Rebuilding an original box is a waste of time. After you swap it for the Mitchell set-up, you'll wonder why you ever put up with the old "crash" box.
