Is there any way to replace the smaller bolt on the side where it has 2 bolts next to each other the one on my starter is broken off

All you did was replace the solenoid contacts, what about the brushes?

My brushes and commutator were fine after 160K.

THAT'S NOT THE STARTER.

Turn that freakin electronica off and talk ya dope. No one needs to bounce while they put rebuild their starter. I ended up making mine into a disco ball while watching this accidentally.
