Thank you very much for the time and effort. My piston is stuck as it hasnt moved for 35 years😂. Now I know its only corrosion holding it . Cheers.

Are you Talking about the club to push rod seal in the cases? That has nothing To Do with the slave and involves a lot more work.

Can you show us how to remove the screw closes to the casing when it's rounded/stripped?

Those screws on your Japanese bike (or car) that look like Philips screws are not Philips screws . They are JIS screws , or Japanese Industrial Standard screws . They are shaped slightly different than Philips , so aPhilips fits a little loose in them . Many a JIS gets rounded out because of this . Do yourself a favour and use a JIS screw driver , they make huge difference , the fit in those is very precise and solid . You won’t strip them anymore if you do . An impact driver set usually has a JIS bit in a set . Using the impact with a JIS bit in it set in the off direction will usually get a tight screw out even without actual impact . Just push down hard and turn a bit . You won’t be cursing those “weak Japanese Philips “ screws anymore .

I changed the Slave Clutch Cylinder and now is the Clutch no more completely separating, the Clutch is bleeded- no Air inside. Do you know what´s goin on? The Clutch is coming very very fast and agressive.

It may be a new pushrod seal some kits include them or it may be a dust seal that gets installed behind the metal cover.

At 1:40 you turn the screw "right" to loosen it, how does that work? Oh wait I see, your "Polaris" shirt is spelled backwards! That means you reversed the video. For whatever reason.
