Hi nipun. Eagerly waiting for your new video on sunscreen. But I am sure that one important aspect wouldn’t have talked about. In fact I didn’t find a single video on you tube discussing this aspect. Everyone talks about am and pm routine. And this goes fine by the working men and women who go out to work. But what about those who stay at home and they shower around noon say around 12pm or 1pm? Should they do their am skin care routine at noon? Should not they be using sunscreen before that? Or should they be doing their skin care thrice? First when they wake up, then again after taking shower and again pm routine ? Let me share about myself. I am a housewife and my house is quite sunny and airy with most windows and doors open. I go out for my morning walk around 7. I go out in sun to water my plants around 8am. And then go out to buy veg and groceries some time later. So I am sure I must have sunscreen on my face before stepping out. So only thing I put on my face is sunscreen after simply splashing it with water. And go about doing my am routine after taking shower at noon after double cleansing my face because I have sunscreen on my face. For pm routine I again double cleanse my face. Hopefully I am doing right. Pls don’t suggest that we do our am routine in the morning itself. Cause it’s no use. We are sweating running household chores. If you find taking up this topic worth making a video, pls also share the time we should apply sunscreen in the morning. Like I am in New Delhi and my weather app suggest to use sun protection from 8am to 4 pm. So is it ok to soak in sun before 8 am within sun protection???

Hi Nipun, as suggested by you I'm gonna start using salicylic acid and Niacinamide skincare routine 3 days a week. Can I use Niacinamide 7 days a week AM/PM during this time? Also i have a gold nose ring on, will this affect in anyway with actives? Please advice.

Hi Nipun, After watching this video, I bought the Neemli sunscreen spray that you highly recommended. However, it turned out to be something totally different. The spray nozzle is not great, and once you spray it, it leaves big white drops on your face that don’t settle down in few seconds or even minutes. you have to spread evenly with your hands.

I am binge watching your videos after I discovered one of your shorts. And I so freaking agree with your point on sunscreen stick, the very reason I couldn't understand why was nobody talking about this (and I do follow several dermats etc etc). Hygiene is so compromised, also I strongly imagined that the make up would definitely need reapplication. So, thanks for bringing this up. But hey what about the brushes, ex: the derma co sunscreen applicator brush, we do need to clean them as well, right? Just like the make up brushes. Thanks!

Watched the video and ordered the neemli spray spf 50 from the website. I don't apply makeup but I don't feel like applying sunscreen without cleaning my face. I was wondering about the sunscreen stick but thank you for explaining it so well. Thank you so much dear . This reapplication of sunscreen was driving me crazy. Only one thing I want to know. great but i only wear mineral sunscreen fragrance free and in jndia mineral sunscreen sirf lashield uski texture full cetaphil cream ki tarah so i dnt think that we can apply over makeup and india me budget la shield hi hai alreasy 1 week me meri ek sunscren khatm hojata hai isliye i buy sunscreen 600budget toh 4 times i buy each 50gm get finish in one week..and spf 50 la shield mineral only suit so i avoid makeup only bcz hv to apply sunscreen atleast2,3 times a day if i am at home or outside too 3 times. full 1 spoon i take . but i will try lakme spf compact kbhi kbhr ke liye if i apply makeup.

What retinol are you using? Move up to high concentration if skin can tolerate. Rest is good

Hi! Thanks so much, you can use either lactic or Glyoclic once a week or once in 2 weeks when not using salicylic. I would recommend to switch to tretinoin only after your skin can comfortably tolerate 0.6% retinol.
