When you were talking about the output, you didn't say anything about to make sure it was on jpeg or png. Some people might have a different output setting. Great tutorial by the way.

Great tutorial, though I must be doing something really wrong. I did the auto track and was giving me errors after all them, then did manual tracking and got other error. The auto was it cant reconstruct with high solve numbers, then the manual it was it could find any good tracks to use and got need at least 8 good tracks. Vfx alot harder then I thought. All I'm trying to do is add fog to my short film... Anyways its great tutorial learned more how it works then before.

Hi Josiah, I have been watching your tutorials, great stuff ! I am putting together a short film some of which has a scene where a flying car is going down the river Themes with a helicopter trying to shot the car down I have got a fast boat company that I can use to get video of the route, going under the bridges as to car will be, and I have found a rendered car and helicopter that is the same as the one I will be using in the film on Turbosquid, would you possibly be doing one of your fantastic tutorials on this subject ? all the best... jonathan

Vagabond Crypto sure. But it would be a lot of work lol. But check out corridor digital’s “gta in real life” video. Very similar effect and super cool video

staple pin silly me I totally forgot the hdri 😂 so sorry about that. I’ll try to remember to upload it tomorrow, but you don’t need to to complete the tutorial. It’s just a nice extra touch. But you can totally get realistic lighting without it.

Why not nuke, is blender better then nuke.

satyanarayan debbarma blender is open source, easy to learn, runs well on all platforms on minimal specs, and can do more things than just vfx. Not to say Nuke isn’t a great piece of software. I just enjoy blender more and think most hobbyists will as well.

@@JosiahVaughan can you plz make tutorial on how to run Blender smoothly on any Computer, Cz despite of having Ryzen 5 2600 Processors with Nvidia 1060 Graphic Card, some time my Blender Crashes, especially when am having lots of meshes, especially when I try sculpting. And Try following those online tutorials. Plz Help me and others who are also having the same issue.

satyanarayan debbarma this could be caused by many things. I would try reinstalling blender as well as making sure you are using a stable version. Also try out a different version. Also make sure your drivers are up to date and stuff. If all else fails, try to find out what error blender is throwing at you when it crashes. Then google it and see what may be causing it.

Great video. Might be even better if you used a calmer speech, perhaps fewer less necessary words.
