What if I found some glasses and there's no label on them? How do i determine the power of the lenses?

How much power u need if eye are 20/30 to make 20/40. What if eye is 30 /200 , what power needed to get to 20/40. Anyone know?

Hello plz anyone reply.in 2017 my eye doctor gave me -9 and -11 high myophia glass.i was using it comfortably.but this year my new doctor gave me -10 in both eyes.but still I feel more comfortable with -9 and -11 glass??now which one I should use?is it harmful to use same prescription for many years??can I use both prescription in the same time ?? Even I'm having the same problem now, before I had -8.5 and -8 now it's -9 and -8.25 I ordered new glasses but there is lack of focus I can see clearly with left eye but blurred vision in right it is soooo uncomfortable, I started wearing old one. Since my exams r near I will manage it as of now ,and will get to the same doctor and explain her, let's see wat she tells. But after wearing old glasses also I'm uncomfortable there is lack of focus and same problem, may be there is a problem with eye or glasses have wrong readings

Plz don't use the glasses if you're nt comfortable get to the doctor nd them u r nt able to see cLear because we have a very high power

The PD in my Prescription is different for each eye I think you explained it wrong because it can't be different according to your defention. I googled it and it says that it is the distance between the Pupil of each eye and the nose bridge. I dont know if that is the right defention or not but it makes more sense since the PD is different. And please excuse my English.

Perfect vision in both eyes

Best Idea? Get your own Test Lenses, and Snellen. Then measure yourself. Currently 20/20, refraction excellent at +0.25 Diopters.
