I viewed all the first year videos and though they are not listed in order they helped reinforce the grammar I know. I will reply to this comment as I go through the other two years.

@1:54 You are a great Myth-Buster about arabic reading. I used to believe in the same thing. My pronunciation and understanding of word formation got better after learning some grammar rules. Top Video 👏🥇

Thank you for your comment ^.^ Knowing the masdar rules and the verb forms is, in my opinion, key to making your foray into the world of Arabic reading without vowels. I've gone through some grammar books that overlook the importance of these aspects at the start and leave it for the very end of the book... This is quite bizarre, me think.

Happy this helped! You need a very good grammar foundation to properly read Arabic. But of course, you also need to increase your lexicon - that's a must in any language. Rythmes are imperative, indeed. All the best in your endeavour!

Can you make videos teaching how to form simple sentences in Arabic as well as teaching conjugations of a few common verbs in the present tense? I am just learning Arabic by myself but I can't find much about sentence formation and conjugations. Just a few recurrent verbs such as verb to be, to do/make, to work, to see, etc and simple sentences such as "I do my homework" or "I work in a shop". Thanks.

@@nofridaynightplans Thank you for responding. I have just began learning Arabic. I have finally decided to go with the early 1980s classic "Elementary MSA" by Peter Abboud et al. It's old, and in typewriter font, but it is absolutely comprehensive. What I would like to ask you is, do you know any good oral MSA websites or platforms or books for pronunciation and speech (NOT related to Peter Abboud's book of course, but anything that is really good material).

@@paulthomas281 I don't know this method. And I am not so familiar with the resources aimed at beginners. I would suggest you check my video on the Arabic alphabet, I give mnemonic tips to remember the letters and pronunciation. I would also suggest the video on Arabic resources. I know there's a channel "Arabic comprehensible" with videos aimed at beginners. This might help ;) All the best in your endeavour!

Learning a language, whatever it may be, is difficult. Simply because it requires time, patience and an enormous amount of dedication. But let’s not approach languages in terms of difficulty. They all have elements that are more complicated than others. What matters is how to make sure these difficulties don’t become obstacles 🙂
