How to Re-Program Your Subconscious Mind to Get What You Want w/ Dr. Cathy Collautt

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Your subconscious mind holds approximately 97% of the of your brain's processing power and scientists will tell you that the power of the subconscious mind is perhaps a million times greater than the conscious mind.
That's why it's critical to get your subconscious mind onboard when you're trying to make something happen in your life.
In this video you'll learn from Dr. Cathy Collautt, a metaphysician and manifesting consultant, about the 5 steps you can take in your life to get your subconscious mind on board with your conscious goals, and in turn get anything you want.
Step 1 is that after you recognize what the resistance you are having is, you need to stay humble.
Step 2 is to get specific and really narrow in on what your subconscious mind is looking out for. You'll interview your subconscious mind and really get into to the details.
Step 3 is that you need to make a promise to work things out with your subconscious - not to work against it.
Step 4 is to dowse your subconscious mind with positive examples and case studies of people whose lives have improved as a result of getting what you want. The point here is to let the subconscious mind know that it's possible to satisfy all sides of your heart and mind.
Step 5 is to solidify and affirm. The more you ingrain your new perspective in your subconscious mind, the most you can capitalize on its power and its resources to facilitate and execute toward your goal on your behalf.
According to Dr. Cathy Collautt, it's not about fighting yourself to get what you want. It's about gentle introspection and really looking within to the tools that already exist inside of us and have the power to catapult us into anything we truly want in life.

As a practicing Clinical Psychologist, I must say that this is one of the best discussions I've seen on how to tackle fear of success, and align your unconscious fears with your conscious goals. Excellent conversation, insight and tips! Thanks Marie and Dr. Cathy!

Marie, I love the language you use when interviewing. "I love that," "what I'm hearing you say is," "this is so delicious." I find your conversational style very inspiring!! I think your method of active listening helps pull the best out of the interviewee. Great stuff as always Marie!!

I realized about a week ago that I feared success even though I was working towards it because I was afraid that it would mean I would be disconnected from my family. Particularly my mom because she was/is always always working to provide for us. I subconsciously thought that making money meant being disconnected from the people I loved. I didn't know why I felt this fear but but once I realized it, I decided that it wasn't true. Once I decided that, it began to clear away. Then I watched one of Lisa Nichols' videos about forgoing family. And that's when it all clicked for me. One thing I hadn't though to do was say "My success can only bring good things and more connection to the people I love." And I recognize that's because I'm afraid that their love is so conditional. Everything is coming full circle. I have a lot of work to do. Thank you so much for helping me on this journey.

Im a simple man, i see a phenomenal KZread with amazing content and I subscribe. I’ve came across your channel at my worst. I’ve lost so much recently and my gf left me when I was in a dark place and in need of my partner to uplift me. Abandoned me. I beat myself up so bad trying to find a way to come back up. I hit rock bottom bad and have had health problems. I’m taking it day by day and will start on my project(s) and business plan. Thank you for all you do,

The fear of success represented alienation from family and the familiar. My sister once called me a "know it all." I study/practice Buddhism, quantum physics, neuroscience, all that is transformative; this has helped me go from being suicidal to living a life of absolute happiness and courage and I share because I don't want anyone else dying at the hands of ignorance. Thanks to you Marie now I know there are others out there like me-who love to hear and share. I will NEVER be alone.

I totally understand what Shauna is feeling, because I am struggling with this as well. But isn't it important to ask yourself first WHY you want to be successful? To prove it to other people? I think if someone wants to impress others I'd suggest to first find your inner meaning, your inner peace. Some peolpe are totally content with a regular 9to5 job. I am not, but I think it's important to know what keeps you going and if it is what YOU really want. Thanks for your great videos :)

I think that this video is so powerful because Dr. Cathy simplified things. She did not go into detail about habits, debate the meaning of success, or discuss experience and exposure in a great degree of detail as you have. That does not mean those things aren't important- she just focused on the key points that she wanted us to really get.

In a nutshell: stay with your feelings and emotions until they told you what to do. They will always take you where you want to go, or to a better place. What trips us is that we assume we know what we want, when it’s often coming from our ego and is a byproduct of fear. This interview was magic, btw!

I'm actually currently experiencing fear of success! I want so badly to take action on the last year and a half of studying online marketing and sales, but fully believe I'm holding myself back due to fear of f'n everything up. I am very proud of myself for continuing to study and believing it WILL pay off. Shortly after beginning this video some of those unclear voices became a little clearer, and it is a big fear of screwing it all up. Thank you for this video Marie, I now have another tool to look into to make my dreams become real! MUCH LOVE!!

Experience and exposure are important, but independently, can only do so much. Without a promise to yourself, neither of these two matter much. (Source: Personal Experience) I think your real concern may be that the video seems to oversimplify things. For those that are new to the concept, I'm actually glad that it did. Dr Cathy did a great job of introducing ideas and making it easy to understand in less than 15 minutes. Not an easy task. 200+ likes and 4 dislikes speaks for itself.

i have been sober for 31yrs now with help of A.A. i am 61 and have never been successful in work or relationships. i also have a learning disability which make spelling almost impossible, today voice-to-text has enabled me to write this. i hear so many people like you who say if you work really hard your dreams will come true. i have learned so much about people from going to A.A. meeting for 31yrs , but no one can really tell me why people do things that they know are not good for them or do the things that are good for them. i hear the catholic church telling me that it is because i don't believe in god and all that stuff. in school growing up all my teachers always wrote on my report cards that i just didn't try and was lazy. i was 35 before i was diagnosed with a learning disability . please change the way talk about success, because i alot of people like think we are still not trying and are lazy because i am still so unsuccessful. i have never stop trying but most days i think ending my life is just a better option. i am so tried of failing and then hear people like you and other say all this psycho babel how if you just work hard and never give up you too can make it. well the true is alot of people just don't make it. a lot of people just die broke and unsuccessful, which at my age looks like how it will end for me and others

I know this to be true. However, you ladies present the idea so eloquently. I quit smoking in this very manner. The only part I would add would be the word commitment to the affirmations. Very nice ladies.Thank you.

Jeff White...your absolutely right...all this stuff doesn't work...for those who agree with that. I'm of the group that says not only does it work, but I'm using it. It amazes me how those who just quit on themselves, or just have a negative attitude find a way to turn a positive workable idea, into one that doesn't work. So Jeff I agree...it just mumbo jumbo...for you. One thing is for sure...you keep manifesting what you believe and expect. Now where's that subscribe button!
