This was incredibly helpful, I am currently taking trig, but some of my memory of how to handle these equations was a bit rusty, instead of going to the lab, I found you, and you answered in 5 minutes what I might have had to wait up to an hour to find out about. Not to mention that it saved gas and time. Thank you very much, you are an excellent teacher.

15 minutes ago I had zero clue about surds at all now I can pass my exam with ease

Today is my igcse maths paper and this helped me a lot because I faced a dificult time understanding this so thank you so much

@MrChin000 Yes you could, but you would have to cancel the 4s out afterwards. Try to multiply by the smallest quantitty possible as this avoids unnecessary cancelling later.

you are VERY easy to understand =] i wish you were my maths teacher , all she does is shows us a simple one and expects us to work out how to do harder ones grrrrr

And this is what my math teacher couldn't explain very well for over a month

strugeling with maths homework, on the work it showed another meathod, but it was too complicated, this is far better, and i like how you explain it clearly! thanks!

Man - all lessons should be youtube lessons. It's so much easer being able to pause and rewind stuff so you can understand it easier - I revised the whole of surds today, it took me a couple of hours but that's the equivalent of like, 2 lessons - I'll remember it now too!:)
