With the exception of the big one, Avengers Endgame has almost no fight scenes. That’s because the core of the drama is the character’s internal struggles. Almost every Avenger starts out lacking in confidence and self-esteem, then they must go on their own journeys to reclaim those things.
In this video, we will look at 5 key mindsets that raise your self-esteem and confidence, as shown through each character’s journey.
⏰TIMESTAMPS⏰
0:42 - Mindset #1: Failure does not make you unworthy of happiness or love.
3:06 - Mindset #2: Offer yourself as much compassion as you would a dear friend.
4:42 - Mindset #3: Don’t deny responsibility for what you do now.
6:33 - Mindset #4: You need to learn a healthy, enlightened selfishness.
8:22 - Mindset #5: No matter what, you will be okay.

High self esteem comes from accepting yourself fully and completely. Independent of any external circumstances in your life. This is harder than it sounds.

And it's the dummies that makes it hard. There's always those whose low self esteem's only mission is to bring everyone down to its level. When you truly learn to turn the other cheek for those people, you start to accept yourself as you should.

Well said man, I couldn't have said it better myself. That is very true, it is much easier said than done. If I had anything to add, it would be that this *is* the reason so many people struggle with depression now a days, learning how to address your past properly and forgiving yourself is definitely up there on the list of hardest things everyone deals with.

I would love to see more videos about accepting and being happy about being alone. For me, I enjoy being alone and honestly I don't feel lonely because I embrace my precious time with myself by doing hobbies I love such as playing piano, painting, tea drinking, bow and arrow, camping and so much more. Embrace bring alone. It's quiet and you can spend a lot of time truly getting to know yourself and what you truly want out of life. And the conversations I do have with people are amazing. Each conversation you have with a stranger is precious and unique. Just the other day I was getting work done on my car and had a 20 minute conversation with the owner there about the education system. Did I know much about the subject? Nope but you said what he believed, I said what I believed and we questioned each other with joy. This happens all the time. Again, you are alone not lonely.

Charlie, I think Howard’s line “My father never met a problem he couldn’t solve with a belt,” also bears significance, because at that time, Tony realizes that his dad had it even harder than he did, and was just doing what he thought was better than what he himself got (the belt, repeatedly). I find this to be a very conscious viewpoint: bigger-picture.

I really needed this at this moment of my life. Thank you for clearly explaining all the key aspects of self-esteem. I never imagined it could all come from the last avengers movie. I hope this video gets more views and is shared with others who will need it as well. Thank you so much

The lesson on "Everything is going to be ok" is actually something Ive been integrating into my own life to help with my anger issues. The question to ask yourself of "How will this situation matter 5 years from now?" has helped a ton with keeping myself controlled where I can make a calm, logical decision on a dilemma.

Charisma on Command, thank you so much. I’ve just recently come out of a tremendous emotional breakdown and I berate myself as I usually would in its fallout. This is exactly what I needed to have some clarity and peace with myself 🙏 🙏 This ought to be mental health on command

Really like how this video focuses on inward -> out. So many other speeches/motivators focus on outward-> in (i.e. fake it til you make it).

I went through some major changes in my life and personality in the last year, and I think I've used most of the methods in the video, but it remindes me of how important it was to me, and how believing I can change changed me and my live even though everyone told me I couldn't
