Yes it is hofner as060 And i recommend you to purchase a violin by playing and trying it out in person, recently one of my student bought a trinity violin its around 10k and has best wood and sound quality that I've ever seen in a violin under 10k

@Violinist Sachin Satija I don't think I would be able to judge the sound quality I don't know how to play the violin, and + I have called around some of the best shops in my city/town (all on google) and even visited some shops, none of them have a great range of voilins, most of them just have kaps voilins (generally just two) which I suspect are VSO's and made out of plywood, I am looking at granada mv888, mendini mv 500 and hofner as 45 which do you recommend any extra suggestions would be appreciated too + can you give a link to trinity voilins (website) and is it a local brand cause I suspect I won't be able to buy it(I'm in kota) plus I think the quality would range with instruments in local brands and each instrument would have to be checked out first and I can't do that , all responses are greatly appreciated

No please don't purchase online Watch my video on how to set up / purchase violin ( video will start at 4:50 mins approx ) and one more thing i have told in my first lesson video about the sound post that you have to check before purchasing Go for Granada or hofner whichever feels best while playing from the market the sound gets better later on also if you play it everyday

Well he can start with a 1/2 sized violin if he is tall then try 3/4 also Don't order it online, just check the violin before purchase and also look for the correct place of a sound post you can google the image , rest i have mentioned in this video.. and you will find Granada brand violin in that size
