You are a great farrier. Too many farriers cut the clinches and just pull the shoe with the nails still in the shoe. I love the fact that you pulled each nail out.

Thank you. As a trainer, I have come to realize this is essential part of what I need to know. Just this morning a client's horse pulled a shoe while being a brat in the round pen. Going to end up going barefoot so if I had the equipment already I could have actually pulled the other front shoe.

I got my 27 year old shoed on Monday by Monday night his back was sore?? Can I have them taken off so soon after being done?Ive only had him 3weeks and wish Id never had his shoes replaced now after researching the benefits of them having no shoes on... :(

all my horses are barefoot except for the ones with cracks my farrier decides weather the cracks are bad if so put shoes on..... this is 7 years old but still thought i would share

How on earth does someone have "Pull Offs" a "Clinch Cutter" but not a damn rubber mallet??? That's the only tool i'd expect any average person to have!
