I have actually been constructing a nuclear fusion reactor for the past few months and I'm going to test out some methods which increase the chances of fusion, it's basically an improvment of this really old device that has been around for decades but I got it reviewed by a professor who liked the idea and I plan to publish it after getting some results. P.S: I plan on applying for a physics major btw

hey there, i want to ask if submitting poems as additional material will be a valuable addition to my college application...after being deferred by Harvard, I submitted two of my poems...and currently I'm working on publishing my poetry book...which will hopefully be done in mid of march....and I'm also working on art project...will they add more value to my application...from both ivy and normal college perspective...

@@CrazyMedusa thank you.... one more question to ask, I have been tutoring children from my community at a very nominal fees since last summer and they have scored really well in their exams...one of my students have secured first rank in her class...should I update college about it as I indicated in my application that I'm passionate about teaching...also I will be working as a copywriter after my boards ( from the beginning of march)....should I update college about it?

Specifically, I'm interested in applying to short courses at Oxford, but the application process appears unclear. Hi mam, yesterday I purchased the subscription of research bootcamp. While filling the form I saw 3 interests to choose from STEM, Computer Science and Non - STEM. I am confused about what to choose. I will be applying for the fall 2025 (undergraduate) CS major. Can you suggest me about what to choose because I don't want to do research particularly on data/CS but instead on Science and technology. What would be better for me and for my profile? As for example I choose STEM and got a project/research to do on something related to the medical/pharma industry, obviously I would not be that helpful for my profile because I am a CS major. What should I choose?

Since the major you want to pursue is CS, I will suggest going for the CS interest- the projects for CS are very much in relation to STEM fields so it won't be dedicated towards just coding and will involve critical thinking and a mix. of other interests as well!

submitting to high impact journals cost a lot of money, if your department can pay then it's great otherwise you will have to submit to a low impactful journal
