sir maine apka PPL workout routine follow kia and kafi acche result mile h mujhe like overall physic mai bhi or heavy lift mai bhi but mujhe apse yeh puchna h ki kya mai is pure phase ke baad ise dubara repeat kr skta hu ya fir mujhe koi or plan follow krna chaie?

Bhaiya training with navjot mein jo phase wise full body workout ka program hai. Wo pichle ek saal se mai phase wise repeat kar rha hu..kyuki mere job k wajah se time nhi milta toh 3 days a week manage kar leta hu. Aise he continuosly phase wise karta gya full body workout toh kya result milta rahega ya phir platueo hit ho jayega? Aur mai workout bhi log karta hu aur diet bhi log karta hu means I use kitchen scale to weigh food..

Like in a set of 10 rep of bench press 2 reps with 70 kg , 4 with 60kg , and 4 with 55 kg am i right?
