I would just like to say a big thank you! I have been having problems with my long thick hair for a while, after washing my hair it would feel so greasy and sticky. After watching your tutorial I now have the most glossy shiny clean hair ever! For the first time I heard that sneaky clean noise! I now know have to wash my hair properly, this video explains in depth everything you need to know and it doesn't just show you how to wash your hair properly it explains why we need to do things a certain way! Thank so much for your help! Xxx

yasssss! well with our product it works because they are so concentrated. some products (like drug store products. some "professional" brands are formulated to be expensive drug store quality too) are filled with water already so you need to add more product. we try to explain that to our clients, yes professional products are a bit more expensive but because they aren't filled with water in the same way, they last a lot longer. by the way, we give away a 'split end trio' every month! these 3 products are the BEST for mending split ends! you can enter at www.nvenn.com/giveaway😘 we just announced last month's winner on our instagram @nvennhairbeauty

no, just use the pads of your fingers for the most part. if you want to use your nails just lightly at the end for a little "self-massage", that's ok. the goal is to keep the skin healthy and intact. scrubbing your scalp with your nails might be ok once or twice but eventually your scalp will feel very raw 😅. you should definitely try it though! you will love how your hair feels afterwards. btw alyjah, we have 2 weeks left in our monthly giveaway draw. if you haven't entered yet, make sure you do before april 30. you can enter at www.nvenn.com/giveaway 😘

Hi, I dont know why but my hair keeps breaking at the top after washing it. I dont dye my hair or use heat and it keeps breaking. Do u know what I can do? feeling really frustrated and scared to wash my hair now😔😔

ohhh yes! there can be a multitude of issues... 1) you need a hair cut. once the ends split/ break it will continue to peel until you cut off the end and start fresh. a good stylist will know how he/she can clean up your hair while maintaining as much of your desired style as possible 2) sometimes heat it ok. if you wash your hair at night, you are better off to dry it before you go to bed. wet hair has different elasticity than dry hair so it basically stretches then snaps. start here and we can check back in after you tried these 2 things. they should help. btw maram🙂, we do a monthly product giveaway (no purchase necessary). i'm not sure if that interests you but if it does, the next draw is coming up in 2 weeks! if you want to enter, be sure to enter at www.nvenn.com/giveaway before april 30.💕

nvennhairbeauty thank u dear for taking your time and answering my question🤍. This issue happend after my haircut and after washing my hair and using a conditioner of Garnier. Not sure if that has anything to do it with. My hair is already pretty short at the moment and the damage is at the crown. So i cant have another haircut😔 Do u think vitamin deficiency can be a reason for sudden hair breakage? thank u so much 💕💕

It could be from both. Once hair is damaged it will continue to damage. The best bet is to start fresh (if you're willing to cut it off) 💕
