Great video 👍🏻 The unprepared side was really surprising! I once heard Paul Dolden say “10% product, 90% application”, these types of tests really prove that!

Great test Alan, proved the point that preparation is everything when it comes to protection 👍🏼 Disappointing it seemed to offer no scratch resistance but for just £19.99 if it gets anything near the 1-2 years claimed that’ll be a bargain.

Good demonstration Alan. Prep is king although even without any prep, I'm still amazed that the freshly applied left-hand side didn't hold up at all to a single pass of GT Zero Decon, even at 10% dilution! That's not a good sign! Doesn't tempt me but at £19.99, I guess you get what you pay for... It will be interesting to see how long it lasts on the prepared side - hopefully you'll do a follow up on this in a few months time 👍🏼👌🏼

@@alangligor Oh absolutely... Couldn't agree more, demonstrated the same thing myself quite a times. I'm still surprised that, even with no prep at all, it didn't survive a single wash lol. Great work though 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@@SparkleanAutos well Mark Was The acid First ... ish resistance.. scratch test ... nope ... But zero decon is zero decon!! Mark it was just a quick wash no decon no nothing... So ... no bond to the paint basically!

Hi Alan, great test!, 1st thing u should learn is prep is key! yet there are some dubious characters out there who would slap a ceramic down on a washed car and charge £300 all day!. Great to see not only that a ceramic needs to bond to perfect clear coat but also a ceramic coating isn’t all people make it out to be 👍 Take care mate 👏
