In Omaha they only require clean outs at the bottom of the stack 30”-48” off floor

You are using a homeowner washer box with no hammer arrestors and no stud guard at vent blocking ( support) everything else looks fine…

First of all the stud plate is not the floor, How high from the floor to what part of the sanitary T shall there be a minimum of 6 inches. Be specific please

Get a real washer box with hammer arrestors… this is what a handyman who doesn’t know any better would do… no way you’re a plumber, yet playing pretend

Hurr duh durrr duh durrr "no way you're a real plumber". Sir you probably live in north carolina and got your license by signing a paper at the courthouse. Here we go to school for years and have strict code. Thanks for your input!
