    they say if your grandparents lived long you will live long too. My grandfather in Italy drank his wine at every meal and smoke his cigarettes all in moderation, my grand father used to say all in moderation and exercise and he died at 101 years old because my grandma before him. they were mare 76 years

    I wish we had this in South Africa. Full time worker and part time studying and making time for to the gym can be a real challenge. On top of that I have a battle with bipolar disorder. All I can do is start eating healthier from my side. This man has real knowledge about this topic and people need to take it seriously.

    My step mom use to crochet all the time and keep her brain active socializing etc.. she had a sharp mind at 84. She passed from cigarettes but otherwise would have lived long I bet! She watched her wait too.

    Good quality sleep is #1 priority because poor quality sleep can cause anything from brain fog, irritibility, forgetfulness, fatigue, junk food cravings, weight gain, anxiety, depression, insulin resistance/diabetes, mental health issues etc. Second healthier diet, good water intake, exercise, crossword puzzles or puzzles, journaling, Art therapy/cognitive behavioral therapies and for God's sake, disconnect from social media, computers, phones, toxic people/relationships, TV and instead get back to Nature as far as walking/hiking/running and getting plenty of Sun, Yoga, tai-chi, talking to positive people, stopping negative self-talk in other words; creating rituals to replace the energy draining toxic ones.
