Any plans for bringing back Mr Initiative and his Waagh? I must've rewatched the Orks Vs Necrons BR half a dozen times now, that's how good it is. (I mean, even if you don't do another ork BR for a while I'm still going to watch your vids, you've earned it with what are easily the best of the whole content archetype on youtube)

I would absolutely love to see more of these behind the scenes production videos.
Your channel is a harmony of beautiful camera work, great players and fantastic tactical comentary
I would REALLY love a series teaching these skills in depth . Excellent video !
The cinematics are absolutely gorgeous and 100% add a lot to the videos
It would be fun to see a Killteam game shot in a Sergio Leone “spaghetti western” style with closeups etc 😆
The only channel that does cinematic scenes, that is what makes u stand out!!
As someone who’s done videography for a lot of my career I appreciate the on set and post production quality you guys put into these BRs. The scale you work at introduces so many new complications that I truly salute your problem solving and effectiveness.
The quality of your guys videos proves it’s worth is, I always get hyped up from these cinematic shots. Your Battle reports are the best, hands down.
If you’re not a patron, this is the channel to become one. Worth every single penny!!!

Flavour win that Tau Nick is the "primary shooter"! Great video, really enjoy seeing behind the scenes and would enjoy more hobby videos like the board building video and this!
cinematic is honestly one of hte biggest reason I love this channel
Thank you. Thank you thank you thank you! I studied media production but have been out for years now after burning out in my final year. Since then, I've started a family and I'm hopeful of getting back into video editing and producing content again, much like this content. I hope that this series continues and if there's more useful videos or content available via your patron towards this then I'll definitely be signing up. Again, thank you. You have no idea how much of an impact this video has had on me, and I'm sure others.
I love and appreciate all the work you guys put into this. Your videos are so action-packed, fun, and never to long. I find it hard to watch a battle report that's 3 hours long sometimes. Your videos feel like it's a official sport and are so professional.

You guys are my inspiration for a lot of what I am doing with my stuff. I love the fact you guys provide sources for your terrain. The first video of kill team season had such great terrain I pulled the trigger on the company's necron setting. Keep up the amazing work!!
Really appreciate these "the making of" videos you guys do. I've never had great success with lighting but this gives such better insight as to how to do it and be creative with it.
the quality and effort you put is evident in every battle report you produce. keep up the good work guys!
This was a really cool video and a great insight into the effort and cinematography you put into your videos! Love to see it! Thank you for your passion and for sharing it!
You guys are absolutely amazing, your battle reports are always spectacular and entraining! I've been thinking about joining your Patreon for a while (being my first ever) and now I'm totally sold! Thanks for the endless amount of fun and the love and care you put in your work!
I know that a lot of people are saying this, but I want to add my voice to it too. Thanks for all the work every single one of you put into the production of the show, it not only highlights how cool the hobby can be but adds some incredible value on top of it! I would much rather see a game of 40k in 40 minutes with the extra production, music, comments, etc. than a 3 hours battle report that is just some minis on a table and rolling dice. It really adds a flavor that I´ve never found elsewhere, so well done!

I absolutely was initially attracted to your channel by the unusual production quality and agree the tabletop environment plus the cinematic army intros/outros bring a fantastic unique aspect to the game. THANK YOU for putting so much effort into those vids! :D
You folks do a top notch job! I can't choose a favorite, but between you folks, Winters SEO and Tabletop Titans for battle reports (you all bring something different to the table), but I really appreciate the love of the game everyone involved in your team brings. Keep up the great work!

Gotta say, I"m getting into Warhammer for the first time cause of this channel and it's always nice to see stuff like this cause I also enjoy taking videos and pictures
3:45 "Some feel like it's not worth our time" Naaaaah, thats one of the most important aspects of 40k that you are capitalizing on. The aesthetic! You guys are an entertainment channel and that is part of the fun. It gets me inspired to see what you've built and I have gotten a lot of ideas from you guys. That argument is like a Marvel fan saying they should make the movies look less impressive. BTW, I have always wondered if there is a way to put a slight mist with dry ice and somehow project rain onto it to create a rainy battlefield. If anyone can figure out if its possible, its you guys!
I’ve really come to associate “cinematic shots of well-painted models combined with slow/mid-tempo blues-based riff-driven guitar rock” with Play On Tabletop. You’re right, Nick, it really does get me excited to watch the game.
Your team does great videos, and it is great that you took the time to show players how to capture the magic that is your product! Keep it up!!!

This is really well thought out and done so well. Keep up the good work. I like the fact yall put pride into your work and what you do its very refreshing.
Love the behind the scenes videos and army showcases
Is that the Eye Of Terror I see? Well done sirs! The how to is just as fun as seeing the product of all the work!
I've been learning on how to improve my videography and this is an awesome resource! I've been trying to record a Battle Report on my own, but a challenge is an understatement.
Oh my what a CRAZY video. So much learning stuff!

The sadness in your voice when you said "look, I found a use for the 8th edition T'au codex"
Wow, that was really interesting. Big thanks. And i have to agree with you, the cinematics and especially the shooting sfx is what got me totally hooked to the show (in addition to the great people of course :D )
Great, inspiring, informative. Thank you!

I would love to see the more detailed video that you talked about as I got really inspired by your kind of work for my own battle reports. This was an awsome video. And I too agree Cinematics is so important.
You guys helped inspire me into tabletop and I really appreciate this tutorial.
This vid achieves that weird mix of inspiring me to do so much more, while at the same time filling me with contempt at my scenery.
Love the effort put into these videos! Sometime I would love to see you guys show off a little bit of the editing process

Amazing as always. I would be devastated if, God forbid, GW decide to pull the plug on you with their new set of IP rules they spewed out recently. Amazing, very informative, thank you ! Your passion truly reflects in the quality of your videos. I'd like to see you try something with water, colored in oozy green.
Wow just what i wanted to see! Will def try these things out 👍 Ps. Nick you are so cool 😎
POTT Battle Reports are so good it's only a matter of time before GW issues a cease and desist and just buys them. I hope it's for the best as these guys are amazing. Space Marine Steve would be the funniest thing officially supported by GW. And the improvement that would come to Tau from having an ACTUAL Tau named Nick on the team... GW, when you do this, do it right. Make the offer fat. GW Income, as pointed out by MajorKill, 270M per year, there is a solid 730M before a B, let's make some money GW. Content is king.
This is very cool
Really useful video. It would be interesting to see the differences between lighting the army shots and lighting the actual games.
I would love to see how much effort does into editing. You guys are a step ahead with the effects,.
Good timing with this, was dying to know how you went about this.
I love what you guys are doing with the scoring! Keep it up! But I'm wondering if you've ever considered using fade effects on dead minis?
Nick, I do love you
These clever boys I’m so proud of my clever boys
I think an interesting idea for a set up would be a WW1 setting with mist. For image reference, think of the movie “1917”.
I like how Nick labelled his codex as if someone would take it... Such a sad state in which Tau is. Hopefully 9th edition will show them some love.
Oh is that all I need? 😆
Thanks for the info regarding the lighting, please can you now go tell the guys who filmed The Battle Of Winterfell :)
What did you use for the explosion light, obviously a fire bulb but what was it hooked up to? Also what do you print your backgrounds on?

Imagine a version of the battle reports where we get cinematics each turn showing whats happened with narration and effects to show things like shooting! probably would be over 40 mins but would be pretty cool at least I imagine it would be cool to watch and see who knows if it would actually turn out that way
