Gotta dig for those samples, nothing beats a funk break from wax
This is so incredibly specific to engineering the Daft sound. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. Daft Punk is the band that led me to believe I, a instrumental/vocal nincompoop, can also make music

Hey man I just started learning music production and watch a lot of tutorials. You've got a knack for communicating and information design in your teaching. Thank you!
Amazingly skilled tutorial! This made me both jump out of my seat with joy (discovering that original George Duke song sample), and feel really sad (that they’ve split) at the same time. Music can be such a time machine and emotional rollercoaster, which is a privilege to get to ride
Man, I love your tutorials. You’re one of the few who actually been and had success in this industry. It’s truly a blessing that you share your knowledge here. Keep doing this, man!

Dude I'm so mind-blown by your knowledge of sound design! It's incredible to see how accurately you recreate the sound by using basic contours!! It gives me hope that I can get to this level one day because with the way you explain it, it doesnt seem so complicated or overwhelming. Thank you for sharing this video!!

This is great!! I’m definitely going to try this! Thing is I only have ableton live 11 intro, any alternatives to eq8? I’ll see if vital vst can do what analog can do...

@@BeatAcademy Any verdict on tDC? I'd still love to see something done in imitation on what you can tell their process is. Many thanks!
For the Da Funk lead, with the way the Analog instrument works you get a better filter resonance sound by raising the Filter Drive inside Analog to a higher value (yours is on Sym1, I suggest Sym3) than slapping an overdrive on at the end.
