I tired it on both printers and I got black ink blotches on the tissue paper…I have an Epson 2800 and a Canon Pixma…what am I doing wrong?😢

I teach all about Silhouette here on my KZread I recommend watching one video a day ..in a week you will know how to use it .if you don't still understand anything in 2 weeks that's were my 1 on 1 comes in
