Im trying to figure out what is the best width for Names on youth sizes. 9" or 11"??

9" would be the best bet for youth sizes. 11" may crossover the sleeve seams on smaller sizes. If you have your blank garments you can always hold up a piece of paper to it to gauge the size before ordering
Would like to know the sizes of the number you put on a sleeve

For most sleeves 3" numbers would be fine, for football jerseys a 4" number is common too.

Are the numbers on the front and back set by height or width? So, for example, on the front, do I set it for 3 inches height or 3 inches width and for adults, do I set it for 4 inches height or 4 inches width? I hope this is making sense.

Great question! Hey Jack, I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, but you can turn on and off closed captions in the youtube player by clicking on the "CC" button, or, on mobile you can turn them on and off in the settings menu (the 3 dots in the upper right corner)

The width for numbers varies based on the character, a "3" is wider than a "1". The height is fixed at either 8 inch or 10 inch numbers. Our most popular 8" numbers vary from 2.5"-4.75" wide
