How do you get print manager to appear under the printer on design space. I just have the sawgrass printer on the list?

Hi I worked it out if anyone has not had any joy when you click print after pressing dialog box Then look for the printer window where it says pdf scroll till you se print manger it will take your design there

Hi Monique! It sounds as though your image is too large for the Print and Cut setting for Cricut. It has to be 9.25" x 6.75". - Dawn 🙂

Hi Regina! If you are sending the file to your SawGrass Printer, there isn't any need to load a mat in your Cricut 🙂- Dawn

The Sawgrass print manager is selected but it never loads up the print settings to change the substrate. How do i get it to load up?

You have to make sure you choose the the sawgrass print manger option and not just the sawgrass printer. They both show up!

I’m still trying as well. Nothing happens when I open system dialogue box. It just keeps circling.

How do I add the SPM to my printers in a Mac? I have even tried to google it and nothing comes up. I see that there are many others asking the same question. I have my actual printer set up, but not Print Manger.

Acutally see comment below - steps to get SPM to come up. 1. set to use system dialog , send to Sawgrass printer , dialog box comes up, in the "PDF" drop down, click til you find SPM.

How do you get PRINT MANAGER to show up in design space? All see is my sawgrass 1000. It does not show the words “PRINT MANAGER”. I’m using a MacBook Pro. I have PRINT MANAGER installed on my Macbook. Thanks!

@@nubcreates8809 hey I didn’t know if you know this part when u slide the system dialog to green and then you click on PRINT IT WILL SPIN AROUND THE DISLOG SYSTEM HOWS BEHIND THE CRICUT DESIGN SPACE WINDOW! That’s were you set it all up and then u will see pdf To print to the SPM from the Cricut Design Space on your Mac folow the instructions below when you to print: Select Use System Dialog, then click print. (image below) Minimize all your windows to see the print dialog box. In the print dialog window, click where you see PDF

When I tell DS to print, the only option I get is Sawgrass printer NOT Sawgrass Print Manager. The print dialog selections aren't available to make sure the print is going to be in high quality, etc.

I was using my sawgrass with this method then one day it started giving me different shades of ink across the images. I wish I could show you the image cause sawgrass customer service was no help and some girl named Rocky was the worse person to talk to.

I can't even get spm to open, keep getting "no connection detected" Uninstalled, reinstalled, wifi 88% strength, used usb, I'm so sad ...and no apps available for tablets. Ugh
