If you have a Mac you can click the emoji key But if u have windows I think there may be a mod or shortcut key for emojis

In Emacs you can type CTRL/X-8-RET and then enter either the hex code or some part of the name. On Linux systems you can enter a lot of Unicode characters using mnemonic compose-key sequences. Or use NamesList as I mentioned elsewhere.
