An easy way to figure price per stem when there’s 10 in a bunch would be to move the decimal point to the left one. So if a bunch is 14.25 for 10 stems move the decimal point left one making it 1.425 (always round up) making it 1.43 per stem. May save you just a few minutes when figuring out the totals.

About what percent is a good profit??

Great question! you want to be making at least a 70% profit on all your designs/events. if you have a $85 flower arrangement, you want to spend 30% ($25.50) in flowers and materials. the rest of the money should be take home profit money. I hope this helps!
