At 2:08 you said if the work is still in process. Does it mean we can present in seminar before publishing it in any journal?please reply PLEASE REPLY

In some colleges and universities, students have to give pre-thesis seminar which means they have to present in seminar, what their work is all about and how much work they have done upto now. So in that case you have to present. But if you are attending any conference, then it is not advisable to present your data if it is not published yet, because someone else may copy it for publishing.
