Excellent video, simple and very informative I use Ikea large sealable foodbags to store my pellets. They work a treat too Is there a video on what additives/flavours you use?

Brilliant as per usual Jamie keep it up mate. Question. I love my feeder fishing. You fish some long hooklinks in various depths of water, when you cast out say a meter long hooklength do you give it a while and straighten the hooklink or do you just leave it to its own devices ??

Thanks dude, I'm trying a new place this week and they said pellets how you've just taught me and then fake caster on the hook for their tench. If you have a chance to reply before I go can you answer me this: will adding my frozen maggot and caster ruin the ability to stick the pellets to my method? And would adding some method feeder ground bait help/make it worse for sticking with frozen maggot and caster added? Thanks and no worries if you don't get back to me

Great video, I’m no newcomer to the sport but am to method fishing. Is there any reason why noone uses larger pellets on the feeder?

I tried method feeder yesterday using F1 2mm pellets and chocolate orange wafter, didn't catch anything, but I was getting little twitches on the quiver tip. I switched to a cage feeder and caught nearly every cast. I don't see what I was doing wrong using method feeder.

Jamie I've got a question: when you don't have any bites and even liners what's your first clue where the problem might be? What your experience shows is the most common problem solver - playing with hooklenghts, trying different groundbites, trying new distances? Recently I've got many sessions without catching anything on a different venues and I started wondering where the problem might be and usually I start mixing different groundbites but nothing changes during the session... P.S. Huge fan here, greetings from Bulgaria, and please keep doing those amazing videos. Sorry for my poor English.

Thanks for the message Dimitar! Basically if I wasn't getting any signs and I needed to move I'd try to the left and right first before moving out. Often in winter if that fish were closer then you'd at least see a liner so if there are no liners then I'd work my way further out. Winter can be really difficult for locating fish especially if there are fluctuations in depth because they might simply be in a peg that's a different depth. Hope this makes sense mate? Your English is really good!!!
