di pa naman yan ma overload. depende na yan sa safety officer kung i approve ba nya ang lift... but to make sure we must stick sa standard na up to 85% lang.

I think it is an awful lifting plan, you have not established the actual distance of the bundle in relation to the crane on site (this is a basic information), therefore, your calculations are factually incorrect. They are only correct if the bundle is inside your radial distance. Also, you have not established the type of lifting gear and confirmed its lifting capacity (Certifications), chains, webbing slings, etc. nor the angle. You did mention the points on the bundle, but not the recommended angle. It does not matter if it is basic, you still have to tell the crane supervisor or the crane operator, the type of lifting gear to be used. Someone is signing for the lifting permit, so act accordingly. I am an AP (Appointed Person) I do lift plans, but even if I am a crane operator, I would refuse your lift plan on site due to lack of information.
